Worst back up warranty ever and no service

Durathem geyser was installed at my house a year ago. When we phoned them to report the geyser birst and was under warranty there number on google search does not exist any more. After phoning the supplier and 3 different numbers later. I managed to get hold of Charles who handles the warranty’s. Still now luck it’s been 5 days now and no repairs. Worst service and back ever.
