Warranty Void, just like all the others!

Exactly the same as all the others, Warranty Void! I had three plumbers inspect the burst geyser, and when they saw the make was a W.E. Geyser they had nothing good to say. Every single one said that they will find a reason to void the warranty, even though the geyser would have been installed by a reputable plumber. A "non-return valve" has no influence on the lifespan of a geyser. But, W.E. Geysers use the fact that it was not standard in many previous installations to void their ridiculous 10 year warranty. Nice loophole that they found to climb out of the hole they have dug, with what is obviously a very poor product. If the plumbers have no faith in the product, I don't see the company being around for much longer, and hopefully not. Many more consumers I fear will have the same problems. Avoid like the plague!
