Warranty not honored
I installed a 200l Duratherm geyser in 2017. These geysers are sold with a 10 year guarantee. The geyser is leaking. It was reported about two weeks ago. a week later I was phoned by Duratherm and asked if I received assistance. from the plumber. I said no. She said she will phone them and get back to me. Since then I am unable to get hold of Durathem Geysers.

05 Jun 2020, 12:50Finally got hold of them and they say Witbank plumbers is in a meeting and can;t give feedback not. How long do they think one cna hold with a leaking geyser. Or is that their tactic? finally received a claim no: 2249 form Shaunie at Duratherm
