Replace Faulty leaking geyser

A Solartherm geyser was replaced by a similar new geyser only that the inlet and outlet to the solar panel is swapped. This make the two geysers not comparable with each other meaning that it needs some pluming to make the system to work properly. After consulting with the insurer DURATHERM WARRANTY about the payment for the pluming it seams that it is not part of the warranty of the new geyser. So this leaves me in a position because i am a pensioner that I do not have the fiances to reinstall all the piping to the geyser. I like to know if Peter can follow this up with the company please. The geyser has a warranty of ten years.

We have honoured the warranty by replacing the cylinder. Every solar installation will have changes to it and it is not for the company's account. (Duratherm Management)
