Poor serbice DURATHERM

I have a serious complain about the USELESS DURATHERM WARRANTY GEYSERS. After 10 days, numerous phone calls still no replacement!! ABSA INSUEANCE is as bad!!! My geyser was fitted Dec. 2015 and needs replacement. The ABSA plumbers summoned Duratherm. so has ABSA done for 7 days now without any positive result. DURATHERM YOU ARE TERRIBLY BAD. DO YOU KNOW IT 'S WINTER!???? My tenants refuse to pay rent and DURATHERM is not replacing a geyser of only 2 and a bit tears old!!! How can a geyser last only that long???
