Out to ******* customers

1st geyser burst 4yrs old, thru standard bank they came in Feb 2020 and replaced. 3 months later geyser is not working, i submitted to Duratherm and their response is ' your geyser components are no longer covered only your tank.' its 3months and they tell me this. So who is liable? Makes onr question whether new items were replaced to begin with
