Not honoring the waranty claim

<p>The Durtherm Geyser is still under a warranty period of ten years. I purchased the property two and a half years ago. The previous owner had the geyser installed. Durtherm states that the outlet overflow of the geyser is not a copper pipie. I am not a plumber but surely this pipe has nothing to do with the geyser bursting. It is just an overflow. This is just a excuse not to honour the warranty. All the inlet and outlet pipes are copper.</p>
