No servise

On 2020/2/28 my geyser stopped heating. Ad-hoc plumbers was sent out to attend to the problem. they found that my thermostat is faulty and my pressure valve is over flowing. They told me that the geyser and valve is still under warranty. And they will sent out dueatherm to replace the faulty parts its been a week now an still no one can give me any answers on when and who is going to fix my geyser. Ad-hoc tells me they will follow up and get back to me but never do, if I do phone them back the give me the same excuse of the will follow up.
