How do we contact Duratherm directly????

How do we get hold of Duratherm directly? It is completely useless trying to get ITU Assist to email us the Duratherm warranty rates. ITU has asked us to do 2 Duratherm warranty call outs, which we have done and we would like to invoice them for our services, but they just ignore our requests for the rates. Please can Duratherm assist?
