feedback: Delivery on warranty

Few weeks back i wrote a review as i was very upset after my geyser burst and i was not getting any feedback from Duratherm. all they said that they where out of stock and that i should wait. finally after about 6 weeks my geyser was replaced yes it took long but at least they delivered on their warranty.At first i was not getting any feedback but later got in touch with a consultant that helped me and that phoned back to update me.... so today i have my new geyser fitted in i hope it lasts . thank you . the service was slow but they did delivered on their warranty.
