Duratherm terrible service
A duratherm geyser was installed at my home in March. The water doesn't heat up. Plumbers was dispatched to my home on Monday who indicated the element and thermostat was faulty and needed replacing. They couldn't do it as the geyser was under warranty and duratherm needed to resolve. Today is Thursday and im still waiting for my geyser to be repaired. This is absolutely terrible service from duratherm.
