Duratherm Solar Geyser warranty

In October 2015 I purchased a solar geyser from a company called Novasun which was owned by Mr Pierre Venter. The product was supposed to be manufactured by W E Geysers and was guaranteed for 10 years. Earlier this month the geyser burst. I called Mr Venter and he advised me that he only did the installation and that the manufacturer was supposed to carry the warranty. He mentioned that the company had changed it's name due to many warranty claims which they could not honour. I tried calling W E Geysers on the landline number that Google had listed but it is no longer valid. I then managed to find that a company called Duratherm is supposed to carry the warranty for W E Geysers. I tried calling them on numerous occasions only to be placed on hold for over 1 hour. I eventually tracked down an email address for warranties and sent them the details. To date I have no reply or reference number or even the name or contact number of anyone at this company. This is the worst kind of loss as the initial installation costs were high for the geyser and the hope was that it would pay for itself over the 10 year period. I am now left in the cold with no help from Duratherm. What pathetic service!!
