Duratherm Novasun Geysers
Fitted Novasun Duratherm 200l solar geyser 2013 cost R22 000. 10 year warantee.
05.2018 geyser burst. Now two weeks without hot water.
Duratherm say it might take another 5 weeks to send a geyser to Cape Town.
Bad service. Shocking. Total waste of money.
Buy another manufacturers product

You people should be ashamed of the way you conduct yourselves in the business market. So much for a 10 year warrantee. Maybe you should rather close your doors

still no geyser from Duratherm.
They say no stock .
Mr Siketu now promises my plumbers 18.07.2018.
Still no follow up calls from Duratherm / WE Geysers or management of their warrantee call center. once again- I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company. Not only did they NOT supply a product that lasted their guarantee period, they are now failing in honouring their guarantee. I will continue reporting on progress!
