Duratherm Guarantee ****

<p>I had a heat pump and duratherm geyser system fitted by an accredited installer. The geyser starting leaking...fortunately we picked up the leak before the geyser burst. With the geyser still being under the "10 year guarantee", I contacted Duratherm. They requested pictures to be taken by an accredited installer(at my cost!!). Duratherm declined my guarantee claim and sighted several "non compliant issues" as the reason. I sought the opinion of two other installers and both are of the opinion that Duratherm is is being unfair. Clearly Duratherm have no integrity and are out to cheat innocent consumers. A quick search on Hellopeter will confirm that WE Geysers, the manufactures of Duratherm Geysers, are dishonest, have no integrity and simply are out to cheat! We need urgent intervention of the consumer council.</p>
