Duratherm Geysers Never agian

So my 200l Duratherm Geyser burst on Saturday . The insurance sent out a plumber to access the damage and I was informed that it is a warranty claim as it comes with a 10 year guarantee.

I have been trying to get hold of Duratherm ever since . What a disaster If the line does ring it is never answered Eventually my insurance phoned them Guess what? They said they don't have stock and cant say when they will have stock.

I mean really Its like a petrol station saying they have no petrol and don't know when petrol will be delivered Duratherm if you don't want to honour guarantee's then don't offer guarantees'

Anybody requiring a geyser buy anything else but a DURATHERM You will be saving yourself from a lot of frustration, and very poor in fact no service
