Duratherm Geysers
My Geyser burst last year and ABSa had a Duatherm geyser installed. 1 week after the installation the element broke. I contacted Duratherm and they sent around a plumber. He could not fix t and after another week of no response I had to get my own plumber to replace the eement. At the end of July the element once again broke. After a week of no response Duratherm finally phoned to ask if I was happy with their service, after they have still not fixed my geyser. Once again I have had to use my own plumber to fix it.
