Duratherm Geyser guarantee not honoured

6 years ago the 10 year guarantee on Duratherm geyser persuaded me to purchase this geyser for a solar system, even though the cost was higher than other geysers. However, it has now burst after 6 years and Duratherm does not want to honour the guarantee. Just like so many other negative reviews here, Duratherm's guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. NEVER PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.
