Duratherm dissapointment

I wish there was a zero star rating!!!!

We installed a solar Duratherm geyser system 8 years ago. We very specifically bought Duratherm, because there was a 10 year warranty on it. Little did we know that Duratherm's warranty is not worth the paper it is written on! We've been without a geyser for 3 weeks now, and at this stage it looks like Duratherm has no plan to replace / compensate us for our loss.

We've been corresponding with Duratherm, our insurance, the assessor, the company that did the installation 8 years ago & the PIRB for three weeks. All other parties involved agrees that Duratherm should honor their warranty, except Duratherm!

If you type Duratherm into Google, you find a long list of complaints before you can get to their contact number. Sadly, that also says a lot about their work ethics.
