Duratherm customer service is pathetic

Frustrated with Duratherm. My Geyser burst on Saturday and I'm still waiting 3 days later for a replacement geyser on warranty. I was first told they waiting on approval. Manager was in a meeting. Now that it's end of day I am told I will have to wait until tomorrow for a plumber. The call centre takes 30 minutes to answer the call even if you are number 1 in the queue. My call was dropped twice while speaking to them and 4 times while holding on for the call to answer. Pathetic service and I have suffered three days without hot water due to their defective geyser
