DURATHEM... A **** of a business. False promises of warranty cover

I bought the geyser in 2011 and it is still under warranty. Long story short, I have an infant and a small baby without hot water! I have been in contact with Durathem for more that 3 weeks now, and for the last week, they have become mute, hiding in their office. It is a shame that they scan people to buy their product under false promise of a warranty. I am not stopping here! Tired of business taking us for ride!!!
