Don't last 2 years and can't get them to repair !!

Do not under any circumstances get one of these geysers. Both the element went after a short time, and now the geyser is leaking badly. The insurance company refuses to pay because the geyser is still under warranty and trying to get Duratherm to do anything about it is impossible. Their 'warranty' number constantly has an error and you cant get through. I havent had water for 5 days now...
