Do not honor warranty

My geyser burst within the 5 year warranty period and by the looks of things i will not have the geyser replaced. everytime I call they say that they are out of stock and dont have any geyser and that they are still waiting for the manufacture when i ask how long i must wait they say they dont know looking at things i will wait forever and i will not get my gesyer. they dont care nor do they even phone back i dont understand why they are still being used or why companies still use these gesyers. they dont last and their service is terrible. something has to be done about this company its not fair
