DO NOT BUY GEYSERS FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

If you buy these geysers, expect to get **********... I work at a college with lots of geysers everywhere (all installations compliant, & i know what compliant is), unfortunately some of the geysers are Duratherm. Their geysers seldom last beyond their 10yr warranty and Penny will come up with any excuse to void your claim if the geyser packs up. They don't even have the decency to come out & inspect the geysers before they decide to void claims, they look at picture of your geyser, tell you to ****** off and that's it, you never hear from them again. My advice, if you're in the market for a geyser, stay far away from Duratherm.
