Logging a Claim at my Insurance, I am trying to get hold of Duratherm Geysers for 2 days now, with no luck. Calls are not answered. Calling back my Insurance, they said that they did get hold of the Manufacturer, but the person working with warranties are not able to give them an answer. Pathetic Claim number 88566
