Broken geyser thermostat.

Absolutely the worst service ever, we had a new geyser installed 2 months ago with a 10 year warranty and now the thermostat broke and they are full of excuses on why they can't send a plumber, it's been 5 days now without any hot water and we still can't get any service out of them. Absolutely the worst product and service every!!!
