Bad Service

On the 15th January I had my geyser replaced as it burst, the plumber who was installing it found out that the geyser is leaking from the element and that is a factory fault, he notified his employer (plumbing company) and the company notified the manufacturer which is Durathem and told me that Duratherm will contact me to replace the element. They didn't call me until I decided to call them myself because even Standard bank home insurance were not following them up, then I called them this week Monday the 21st and gave them ref. number I got from the plumbing company and no one knew what is happening they keep on saying they'll come back to me but they never. Every day I was the one calling them until on Wednesday I received a call from the guy called Phillip saying he received the element when can he come to install it and we agreed to do that on Saturday 08h00 and he even said he's doing me a favour. Yesterday ( Thursday) I called him to check if he can be available for Friday at 17h00 he agreed on that. Today (Friday) I called him at 17h15 cheking if he's still coming he said he's on his way but he's at Protea Glen I should send him pin location and I did. At 18h02 he sent an sms asking the street name, I told him. At 18h47 I sent him an sms asking how far he is, he didn't respond and I called him after 2 mins he didn't answer his phone. I'm so disappointed about their service including this Phillip who says he's doing me a favour but he's doing his job, I feel they don't respect people and the fault is from their side and which means even their Quality Assurance department they're doing a favour to check quality of their geysers. I've been without hot water for 2 weeks now. I've rated them 1 they don't even deserve it.
