3 Months and still no working Duratherm geyser

I am so disappointed with the service I was promised and received. I am waiting for more than 3 months for the geyser to be fixed (leak, faulty element and thermostat). After several calls and requests and a number of promises the geyser is still not working. Yesterday as well I did make several calls to the call centre and ended up speaking to Mr Kabelo, he also promised to call back which he did not do. Late Yesterday on the 19th of June I was promised that at 8:00 on the 20th of June the geyser will be fixed. Another empty promise. I did go the extra mile by postponing my meetings to be available for the repair. But nobody showed up.
