Duratherm Geyser company is totally useless!!!

Completely useless when it comes to replacing geyser still under warranty. Their geyser blew on Friday evening. Reported to them by Saturday lunchtime by the SA Home Loans plumbers that came out on Saturday morning. Today is Tuesday and still nobody has arrived to install geyser. 100% totally *********** company. Would definitely recommend to anyone NOT to install DURATHERM geyser
