Duratherm complaints

Horrible products and no after service, this is my experience with Duratherm solar geysers and 24fix. I had my nova sun geyser installed 4 years ago, it never really heated the water and burst within the first 4 years. it was a stugle to get hold of anyone at Durathem to assist me, after months of calls I made to 24 fix and Durathem they replaced my geyser. now 4 months later it burst again. and the story started all over. there is no answer from Durathem at all. been holding on for 30min and still nothing.numerous emails was also sent by me to their warranty email address, needles to say also no response. my insurance company will not pay out as the geyser is still under warranty. what do I do now.

Please never buy any of their products. it is a waste of time. worst service and quality products on the market. what a ****.....
