Broken geyser replacement

Absolutely not impressed with the service I received. I recently moved into my house and had a problem with my geyser. Found out its still under 10year warranty which they replaced with a 2nd hand geyser....19 days later element is not owrking on my geyser and all they can tell me is that there is only a 2week warranty on the compontents of the geyser. Clearly u gave me a broken geyser now u dont want to replace your own ****...They take forever to answer your calls. I asked to speak to anyone than can assist me...Im stil waiting for a call back after i left my details numerous times. I even hot this Heidi persons number but she doesnt want to answer. Every time someone answers and says she just left.
