THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER

I do not believe people working at Duratherm are human beings and if they are, they certainly do not have conscience. We reported a burst geyser under warranty to them over 4 months ago, they requested for horizontal, vertical pictures, serial no and so on and till date they have responded to the claim. They are now playing with my mind, I will call Duratherm , they will say call WE and WE will say call ITU, its has been forth and back with these companies if they really exist.
