Replacement of battery under warranty

On 20 March 2015, I went to Duratec Boksburg with a faulty battery under warranty on my Kia Sedona. I had lost the receipt and the helpful staff went of of their way helping me. This is world class service at it best with no box dropping tendencies. It proves to the market that you have total confidence with your product to maintain customer loyalty. I will forever remain a Duratec Battery fan.
