Poor and rude client service received from Duratec Batteries in Boksburg

I don't even want to give them a star. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever received from a sales consultant and staff in the shop. This shop has the most unprofessional personal in their shop, 1 guy takes the battery, then goes and watches the weather broadcast on TV. The guy behind the counter comes out to help, but takes the battery without asking what the problem is. Then another guy with no uniform and flip flops comes from the back and interrupts the conversation we are having with the guy behind the counter. I have never entered a shop with such rude personal. You great and they just ignore you. The battery was exchanged but they engraved the old date on the new battery.
