Andre is always helpful, going the extra mile and when he says he's going to follow up he does so promptly filled with humbleness and REALLY going the extra mile with your best interest at heart.

My personel experience.... I reside in Gauteng and during my home renovations I needed cladding. The cladding I wanted was not the entry level kind but more of the superior kind starting from R500m2 in Gauteng. Looking for a cheaper quote I contacted Durastone and spoke to Andre. Andre immediately gave me peace of mind and made me feel reassured although I phoned not expecting much. Not only did I pay 50% less for the same thing...I ordered it in the afternoon from KZN north coast and before the next day lunch time my full order was at my door in Gauteng for a minimal transport cost of about R400....Absolutely unheard off when shops near my home in Gauteng whom I ordered material from charged me R500 to deliver material 2kms to my home.

Not only did my cladding come the next day before lunch. Andre's logistics department works to the T with new efficient trucks and friendly employees. My cladding was well secured and well handled therefore their were no breakages of the cladding and it was well sealed as well.

The cladding itself was of the best quality.

Needless to say it has been installed at my home and I will be a proud ambassador of Durastone, welcoming people into my home to see the product. It's the least I can do for a business that will do the same for you and even more. Proof is Andre will end every communication with you with "Please feel free to contact me with any questions...."

Even when I thought I may go short of cladding to complete my home, I called Andre and he was going to refer me to he's JHB warehouse to pick up samples for free......what more can I say.....in this day and age where do you see this when everyone is only interested in a quick buck.

I am not saying we should take advantage of Andre's good nature but we should acknowledge service excellence above and beyond and give a compliment where a compliment is due.

I commend you Andre and Durastone and I already have plans to do more renovations using you. Further to this I have told my experience to so many potential clients. Well done team.
