Demanding payments

I am writing to complain about the ill treatment that Duraset Strata Control (Alrode) Is givinh to the students as they are the service provider to 42 students who are doing the 12 months learnership with them.its been 4 months without pay they are blaming all to MERSETA which is funding them with this metal production learnership I dont believe its possible for students to be not payed such a a long time .the annoying part is that we have to beg and beg DURASET STRATA CONTROL to communicate with us.We have been in a programme for 6 month now but only paid for 2 months only.The promise they made before we started were amazing ,some of us where told to relocate and rent closer to the training centre and we did relocate but now we are have a serious problem .we don’t have money to pay rent but food etc the waiting is too much now we are tired

On the 8th of January 2024 they wanted us all back to the training centre ,we had hope that they will start myb paying us but when we got there no communication they are not saying anything they kept quiet the whole week .DURASET STRATA CONTROL in terms of communication they don’t communicate at all every time we have to beg for their attention ,remember they are our employers .This thing its negatively affecting us as students ,we wake up everyday we do everything as subjected to do but we get nothing at all.SA job opportunities are scared but the moment we got this opportunity we thought things are going to be better but instead is the opposite WE ARE TIRED This company has failed us We are looking forward a reply and resolution for this issue .please keep me anonymous to them
