Great customer communication and product, shoddy installation

This is a very difficult review. Mark and Des went out of their way to do a quote for us and then to come over after the first installation was done shoddy to have a look at the mess that was made. The product is marvelous and of high quality but the installation was really done badly. Nobody measured anything and so a number of extra holes were drilled in the structure as hit an misses. *****s are misaligned (still), DIY brackets were used for installation and the whole one side was skew. Mark then came over, agreed with us and sent the same team to do it again. Again, nobody measured. I had to stand there with a spirit level and a measuring tool and asked them to please just measure and check that it is not skew again. The one side looks completely different than the other side still but at least from outside it looks better. Then there was the explanations and the fact that the "team leader" was on his phone the whole time and didn't even bother to look at the installation. We just decided that we don't have it in us to complain again. As I said, great product, great feedback, great management but bad installation. We won't use them again or recommend them purely due to this.
