People always complain about bad service, even if the service is not too bad sometimes, people think it is their right to complain, but not a lot of people will brag about great service.

This accolade goes to a company with the name DuraMaster Outdoor, who manufacture outdoor blinds for lapas & patios etc.

I contacted this company, and within a few minutes received a response from the General Manager, Mark Fouche, who informed me that one of his sales consultants will contact me and come and see me for a quotation for blinds for my lapa. And this is exactly what happened, an appointment was made, confirmed, and reconfirmed on the morning of the appointment again. A professional visit followed, as was the explanation of the product, the guarantees, etc.

When we excepted the quote, Mark Fouche contacted us shortly thereafter, and a follow-up appointment was made for final measurements and details, also very professional and arrived on the scheduled date and time.

Everything went smooth with the installation from the appointment, which was preceded with a WhatsApp of the information on the installation team regarding their contact details etc.

I will always recommend this company, and would like to warn other customers against other “companies” that post copy-cat/scalped pictures of DuraMaster Outdoor on their Facebook pages and their website, claiming these jobs to be their own (please fami****ise yourself with a business called “Master Outdoor Blinds” and see for yourself).
