Pathetic service

Two weeks ago, i ordered steel kitchen cabinets. I was requested to make full payment in order for them to start processing, on receipt of quote. i was advised that my order will be delivered 29/01/2015. On the 26/01/2015, Richard contacted me and advised me that my order will be dispatched on the 27/01/2015, 2 days early. On the 27/01/2015, at 12:00, i contacted Richard to confirm delivery details and he advised me their truck had broken down and they will not be able to deliver, but confirmed delivery for the next day. The day came and went and after making a nr of calls to the company, they again just used the driver as an excuse. On the 30/1/2015 i went to the site personally, and whilst signing for the stock, i was than advised that they had used the sink of my unit for one of their other clients hence the delay. On delivery of the stock, i found that one of the cupboards was not according to the specs as quoted. I imediately contacted their office and they advised me that they will send the correct unit on Monday 02/02/2015. As at 13:00 on the 3/02/2015 i still have no cupboard and everyone at the company is dodging my calls. This to me is UTTERLY POOR SERVICE
