Prompt response to Duracell product problem

I had a problem with Duracell c 1.5v batteries in a portable radio. Expiry date 1/30 but dead within weeks. When contacted via website, Duracell responded promptly requiring information and pictures of the batteries & packaging which fortunately I still had (note to all: take pics of packaging b4 turfing out). They immediately offered a refund including a contribution for bank charges as it was a Forex transaction. Well done Duracell.
