Give me my money back, Duracell - an industry "leader" greenwashing with low-grade products to protect its profits

I recently invested in the Duracell high-speed recharger (45 minutes to full, they claim) and a few sets of AA and AAA Duracell Rechargeable AA 2500mAh rechargeable batteries. Or, I THOUGHT I'd invested; in fact I wasted my money. They take a lot longer to charge than 45 minutes (sometimes, six to seven or eight hours), the batteries "lie"(say they're fully charged, then if I reinsert them with a different battery of the same size, keep charging for another hour!), and when I use them they hardly last at all (e.g. a string of simple, low-energy LED fairy lights noticeably lose light strength after ten minutes and are almost dead, when the batteries charged FOR HOURS). I bought Duracell because it's an established brand and its disposable products have proven themselves to me in the past. I see now that their rechargeable batteries are a form of greenwashing and profit-chasing - they're pretending to be more ecologically sustainable, but putting out poor-quality products (so that the rechargeables don't compete with their main earners, the disposable batteries). I want a full refund. This is ridiculous.
