Such an appalling experience. This has to be the worst travel agency especially for a first time international traveller. Vulnerable, they took advantage of me. Not only was the host and agent uninformed and unorganised about the travel intinery including arrival times and transport for arrival transfers, they had no money to pay for the transfers (asking to borrow money from guests) and had us check in at 3am in the morning against the hotel check in policy. Worse was that the travel agent had not made accoms arrangements for themselves and slept with a guest, that is me, in the same room. And made me pay a singles room rate while I shared with them. When asked to mediate the situation the agent is very dismissive and has very little customer care skills. No local experience was catered for as we had to figure out our way around a foreign country while we were promised recommendations from supposed local contacts. They have also take it soon themselves to post my likeness is unsavoury environment against my permission after I explicitly asked them not to before doing so. I don’t recommend this travel agency and this is my honest experience dealing with them.
