Worst Student Accommodation

2014 I started tertiary life and moved into Dunwell properties in Braamfontien in one of their three buildings Leebram corner Jorrison street and Biccard street, apart for the pest infestation and rodent infestation, from March till August we lived without hot water, you can only imagine winter without being able to take a hot shower, we had to boil water everyday, and if anyone would delay in rent they would be throw out or stopped from entering the premisses. January I decided to move out, and handed in my notice but was told to pay for February, then I can move out but my contract stated I could move out on the day of termination which was the 31st of January. I finally moved out and in turn I am supposed to get my R1950 rental deposit and R500 key deposit, I still have not received my R2450. And those that have received it are not paid all of it in full, they a cheated of their money, one deductions that are not even justly. I have experienced the worst service ever, and once you want to move out the attitudes of the staff members change towards you and they rude now.. Worst experience of my life living there, and leaving is just as much hell!!! Dnt make the same mistake.
