Dunwell Properties - not worth anything

Dunwell Properties is a student accomodation in Braamfontein. Their offices are on jorrison street but be wary the customer service is just as awful as the accomodation provided. The rooms are too small for the amount of people claimed it can accommodate. Majority of the tenants report the rooms are rat infested, the showers dont drain, they leak and bathrooms flood and have mould. There is not enough storage provided, the beds are weak and lastly maintenance is not a regular provision. The showroom and what you'll actually get are contrasts. I would never recommend this place to anyone, if you're in need of accomodation please consider everything else before resorting to this place.
