What am i paying for

Ive just about had it with This company! Ive had numerous incidents and yet no feedback is provided therefor i am trying a different approach. The most recent incidents occured on the 29th of last month when my alarm avtivated, i received a call and i told them i wasnt home please send someone. When I got home, i looked around and could not find any proof that anyone had actually checked my premises, when I phoned i was told the reaction officer did not have a slip book? So how do i proove to my insurance that someone had checked if there had been a break-in? Today my alarm activated and i was phoned, again as i wasnt home i asked for them to send someone, when I got home this evening i found a slip in my post box where \Doors closed"was ticked"
