Wheel alignment gone wrong

Went to Dunlop Max Tyres in Kriel Mpumalanga on 30 August 2018 for wheel alignment. Was informed that the driver side was adjusted maximum & that I should take a look at it. The person doing the wheel alignment asked the person in charge for advice regarding the matter. He instructed & assisted the wheel alignment guy to disconnecting the steering wheel from the steering rack, they straightened the wheels, reconnected the steering wheel to the steering rack & proceeded with adjustments. The evening of 31 August 2018 I decided to check the turning circle only to find to my surprise that it only turns 1&a half turns left & 2&a half turns right. Went back on 1 September 2018 to inform them of the situation. After numerous adjustments of disconnecting & reconnecting the steering wheel to the steering rack, the steering rack is still not accurately centered. It was now 2 hours later & the person in charge as well as the owner started getting upset at me for keeping everyone up. As I got in & started backing up from the ramp I noticed that my airbag indicator is illuminated & my horn doesn't function. Got out & went to speak to the owner whom then said neither the steering rack that's adjusted out nor the airbag/horn issue is their problem. It was discovered that by all the turning of the steering wheel to try & center the steering rack, the spiral cable was broken off causing the airbag /horn issue.
