Very dissapointing service

We took our Toyota bakkie to Dunlop Express MTS Tyre Services on the R37 in Burgersfort for wheel alignment and balancing. During the process, they opened the steering wheel and caused damage to the electronic components, which affected the hooter (horn).

Although they attempted to assist with the issue, the hooter is still not working to this day.

We are extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of a proper resolution. We trusted them with our vehicle, and now we're left with a damaged hooter due to their negligence.
