Unsatisfying business practice

Arrogance from a ***iest. Got a new tyre from Dunlop champion tyres in Potchefstroom. On the 28th of December 2021. Later on the day I saw that there was a fault with tyre. The morning of the 29th of December I went to report the fault, I was assisted by a gentleman that checked the tyre called another gentleman to do a second analysis and said they should move the car So that I can be assisted.. A few minutes later the first gentlemen came with a gentleman that assisted on the 28th. I they then explained that I drove on to a pothole. We then went to the car checked the tyre with them. They even agreed with me that it might be a factory fault. They then said I wouldbe exchanged.

Few minutes later. They came back and said Management disagree its a factory fault and that it's my fault. I then said if ever I drove into a pothole the mark would be visible, however not even a sign of scratch mark was visible. They guys that was assisting tried calling the manager however he refused. He then called a Elias who took time before attending to us. We then went to Elias at the counter. He explained how this is my fault, as we were talking. I asked how could this be my fault and showed her the tyre. As we are busy talking a white muscular men interjected our conversation and said in Afrikaans. I'm not gonna fight with you. I stood there in disbelief. I asked him why is he assuming that I'm fighting when I'm trying to find reason. His tone and appearance was very aggressive. It seemed as I was wrong by asking. According to my observations I was supposed to take what they say and be ok with it. My view as a customer was considered

In my mind I asked myself am i being judged by the colour of my skin or am i being underestimated because I am a women.

Elias then said they will assist in sending back the tyre to Dunlop however it's not Guaranteed I will receive a new tyre. So I then requested that they put in my spare wheel. Cause I'm not comfortable driving with that tyre.
