Unqualified thieving specialists

I am an unsatisfied customer of the Dunlop tyre centre at the Phoenix plaza a few doors away from National motor spares. I had approached the tyre centre one month prior to purchasing a set of rims and tyres, at my first visit the manager had given me a price based on my fitment specifications and i was happy with that. I then return a month later to begin the fitment only to find the price increased by R1200 for the same fitment. Ofcourse theyre businessmen so i agreed to a price after a bit of negotiation. I soon realize that the specialist fitting my new rims and tyres was infact new to the company having no experience after having the bolts and tyre on the drivers side of my M2 shot out on the freeway causing me to lose control of my vehicle and ram into a truck which then lead me down a bank. As afraid as i was i later found out that the spacers put into place of my rim and hub was not fastened into place which created movement between the tyre and hub causing the bolts to loosen as i drove. I then approached the centre informing them of the incident and the manager refused to come to terms with me even after me providing proof of the spacer being the fault. I was not refunded nor was i compensated for the damages or cost incurred. I advise all car *****s to seek professional service elsewhere unless you want to go into debt working with Dunlop tyre centre at the Phoenix plaza. These gentlemen will over charge and ***** your money.
