Unprofessional

I was promised shocks from Dunlop between 9am - 12pm today and at 1 pm I received no feedback and decided to visit the branch myself! Daniel promised me the shocks will be there today and that my car will be done today I don't have to worry. At 3pm he phoned me and told me that the shocks he order, straight out of a book, was wrong really you specialise in shocks and you still order the wrong stuff!? I approached the manager and all he could say was he is sorry, sorry doesn't help if I have to drive 1200 km's with one dead shock and my life at risk. This branch is giving Dunlop a very BAD name! I will NEVER recommend them to any one especially when they're trusted to fix the thing suppose to keep you and your car safe! I am not interested in any feedback from anyone in that branch! I just want everyone to know how 'professional' and 'trustworthy' they are!
