Two weeks later. No Feedback

I had an encounter at one of the Dunlop service centers. I called the store received an unsatisfactory response. I came on hello peter and was called by two different people. I had not heard of either on since last week. I just want details via surveillance footage of what happened. The incident happened two weeks ago, they cannot tell me that up until now they are unable to obtain it. All the people I have interacted with would agree that I have been very cooperative and civil, I am now being angered because I think these people are taking me for a fool. Luckily I have clientelle legal. I will seek counsel from them for negligence that could have caused my death. All I want is to see footage of the day that my car was being worked on!
